Cùrsa Còmhraidh Luchd-Tòiseachaidh
This course is an ‘Introduction to Scottish Gaelic’ formal & informal conversation course aimed at learners who still have to build a solid foundation of pronunciation, reading and authentic speaking skills. Even for post-beginner learners, continuing with Gaelic can feel surprisingly challenging. After grasping the basics, many hit a plateau where they can recognise words but struggle to respond confidently or sound natural. That’s where our course steps in. We focus not just on grammar and vocabulary, but on building real communication skills—learning to speak clearly, confidently, and with an authentic island sound. Our aim is to move you beyond textbook knowledge, helping you hold conversations that feel genuine, fluid, and culturally rooted in the living Gaelic spoken in the Hebrides today.
