Voice and Tradition
Our "Guth is Dualchas" programme offers 10-week higher-level Gaelic course blocks, designed for learners who are ready to take their speaking confidence to the next level. Blending practical conversation, storytelling, songs, literature, and listening immersion, this program offers a creative, culture-rich path to real fluency. Whether you want to speak more naturally or express yourself with authenticity, Guth is Dualchas helps you strengthen your voice while staying rooted in the living Gaelic tradition. Join us and let your Gaelic flow with confidence, clarity, and cultural pride.
Sruth a’ Chànain
Focused on confidence, spontaneity, and fluid everyday speaking.
Start Dates:
9th September 2025, Tuesday 4 - 5pm (weekly)
9th January 2026, Friday 7.30 - 8.30am (weekly)
1st September 2026, Tuesday 7 - 8pm(weekly)
This block invites learners to deepen their connection to the land, dialects, and cultural memory of the Highlands and Islands. Explore local expressions, ancient rhythms, and spoken traditions that carry the voice of the past into the present — and let your Gaelic grow from the roots upward.
Love Gaelic Ùlpan students - £100 for each block (will be invoiced)

Other students - £150 for each block
You will be required to prepare for each lesson with the online lesson resources.
There is no homework to submit.

Focused on dialects, literature, oral tradition, and expressive depth.
Next group course starts January 2026 - Tuesdays 3 - 4 pm
In this second 10-week phase, we dive deeper into the richness of the Gaelic tradition. You’ll explore dialects, poetic forms, oral storytelling, and expressive Gaelic rooted in culture and community. Build your vocabulary through literature and music, master regional sounds, and reconnect with the emotional depth of the language. Ideal for learners who want to speak beautifully and meaningfully.
