Intermediate Booster Course
The Intermediate Immersion Booster Course is suitable for students who:
* study Gaelic at College/University
* have to prepare for an exam or interview
* have little opportunity to practice pronunciation
* want to plug the gaps in their knowledge
* want to become more confident in holding a conversation
* who want to revise
Intermediate Booster
1-1 Intermediate Immersion Booster
The 1-1 fast-paced taught course is structured to identify quickly what areas you need extra help with. The booster includes the Uibhist course, a storyline following two tourists on a 4 days visit to the Isles of Uist.
You will receive the printed student handbook and access to other learning resources (e.g. videos of Uist narrated by a native speaker, downloadable practice soundfiles, 800 online revision questions)
Focus is on reading & pronunciation improvement combined with vocabulary building and grammar revision before doing formal & informal dialogue drills and day-to-day conversation development. You are expected to submit homework.
Previous students will only do the Uibhist course (not the dialogue drills and day-to-day conversation development)

- first-time students
Interview & test based
PLUS
Certificate of at least 1 year
prior learning at intermediate
level.
OR
- previous taught 1-1/group students can access the Uibhist part of the booster only, on successful completion of Regular & Irregular Verbs Course & Listening Skills taught course.

Uibhist Group Course
The fast-paced taught course is structured to identify quickly what areas you need extra help with.
The booster includes a storyline following two tourists on a 4 days visit to the Isles of Uist.
You will receive the printed student handbook and access to the 800 Revision Questions.
Focus is on reading & pronunciation improvement combined with vocabulary building and grammar revision before doing conversation & listening skills development. You are expected to submit homework at least 48 hours before each lesson.
