Beginner Conversation Level
A bheil Gàidhlig agaibh?
Suitable for absolute beginners, duolingo learners who want to work on reading and formal/informal dialogue skills, lapsed learners who want to start again, learners with prior knowledge who haven't been taught the basic speaking/reading skills and natural habits yet.
Self-study course - Provides the basic grammar knowledge required to access dialogue development at Post-Beginner level. Includes the verb to be/can/prefer/like/infinitive/word inversion.
Learn to converse in formal & informal setting around 8 topics. Includes reading & communication skills development to help those not confident speaking with others or in groups. Re-enforcing of basic grammar use. Includes the verb to be/can/prefer/like/infinitive/word inversion.
Intermediate Level
Self-study course - Provides the grammar knowledge required to access Intermediate level learning.
Includes the use of regular/irregular verbs and word inversion.
Self-study course - Provides the basic skills required to access Intermediate level learning. Includes listening to the weather report, news, interviews, dictation practice.
Provides revision of intermediate skills acquired through prior learning at intermediate level. Irregular Verbs in Past and Future Tense & Dialogue Development, natural reading habits. Strengthening of Gaelic knowledge & natural usage.
Learn to converse in formal & informal setting around 8 topics. Includes reading & communication skills development to help those not confident speaking with others or in groups. Re-enforcing of intermediate grammar use. Includes the use of regular/irregular verbs in past/future tense and word inversion (cas mu seach).
Advanced Level
Provides revision of advanced skills acquired through prior learning at advanced level. Conditional & Passive Tense & Dative & Genitive.
Learn to converse in formal & informal setting around 8 topics. Includes reading & communication skills development to help those not confident speaking with others or in groups. Re-enforcing of advanced grammar use, natural reading habits. Includes the use of verbs in all tenses. Strengthening of Gaelic knowledge and natural usage.
Suitable for post-advanced learners / fluent speakers.
