Returns Policy for Love Gaelic products with light-weight or heavy-weight woven tartan, dispatched from North Uist.
 

For all other products, contact us so we can arrange return / refund through our Printful supplier.
Here is their policy

We offer a full refund to customers if you tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods, that you want to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods once we've been informed.

 

We offer a full refund if an item is faulty.

We will refund the customer within 5 days from receiving the product back from the customer, within the 14 days after the claim was made.

We do not offer a refund if you

​​

• damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it 

• no longer want the item (e.g. you ordered the wrong item, size or colour)#
